Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics after a single dose of dexlansoprazole 30 and 60 mg delayed-release capsules in healthy Chinese participants.

Conditions: Healthy Volunteers.

Primary outcome: Cmax: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration for Dexlansoprazole; AUClast: Area Under the Plasma Concentration-time Curve From Time 0 to the Time of the Last Quantifiable Concentration for Dexlansoprazole; AUC∞: Area Under the Plasma Concentration-time Curve From Time 0 to Infinity for Dexlansoprazole.

Enrollment: 40 participants.

How strong is the evidence?

Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 40 participants or records.

How the five levels of evidence work. The level is assigned automatically from the abstract and can be wrong, so check the paper.
