Pharmacokinetics and clinical efficacy of dexlansoprazole MR
Abstract
Dexlansoprazole is the r-enantiomer of lansoprazole with better pharmacokinetic characters including a longer mean residence time(MRT)and much smaller elimination rate.Dexlansoprazole MR with a special mode of dual sustained release can effectively control gastric acid in one administration interval. This review focuses on the pharmacokinetics and clinical efficacy of dexlansoprazole MR.
