Synthesis of Cobalt Ferrite Nanostructures: A transformative Approach to electrochemical sensing
Abstract
This paper explores the transition from traditional electrode materials to nano-ferrite-based composites in electrochemical sensing.By leveraging the high surface area and tunable electronic properties of MFe2O4 (where M = Co, Ni, Zn, Mn), these materials provide enhanced sensitivity and selectivity. We discuss various synthesis routes including sol-gel and hydrothermal methods and evaluate their impact on the electrochemical detection of environmental and biological analytes.
