An Open-Label, Randomized, Crossover Study to Evaluate the Pharmacokinetic Interaction After Multiple Oral Doses of Tegoprazan, Metronidazole, Tetracycline and Bismuth in Healthy Volunteers
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the pharmacokinetic interaction between tegoprazan and combination of metronidazole, tetracycline and bismuth in healthy adult volunteers.
Conditions: Healthy.
Primary outcome: AUC0-12 of tegaprazan and metabolite M1; Cmax of tegaprazan and metabolite M1; AUC0-6 of metronidazole, tetracycline and bismuth; Cmax of metronidazole, tetracycline and bismuth.
Enrollment: 32 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 32 participants or records.
