Abstract
A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis With Trial Sequential Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials" by Zhou et al. published in the Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology [1].We appreciate the authors for conducting this systematic review and meta-analysis with trial sequential analysis, which synthesizes evidence from randomized controlled trials to provide a more robust evaluation of tegoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy for H. pylori eradication. However, several methodological considerations warrant further consideration.
