Effect of DMMET-01 on Insulin Sensitivity in Naive Type 2 Diabetes Patients by Glucose CLAMP Technique
Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of DMMET-01 on insulin sensitivity by Glucose CLAMP technique in Mexican type 2 diabetes patients, after 2 months of treatment.
Conditions: Diabetes Type 2.
Primary outcome: Insulin sensitivity.
Enrollment: 20 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 20 participants or records.
