Determination of Lansoprazole in Lansoprazole capsules by HPLC
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Lansoprazole in Lansoprazole capsules. Methods The separation was performed at 30℃ on an Elite C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column eluted with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1 mol · L-1 phosphate buffer(pH7.2,75∶ 25).The detection wavelength was 285 nm.Results The calibration curve of Lansoprazole was linear within the range of 8~160 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.1%.The RSD of precision was 1.19%.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, which can be used to determine the content of lansoprazole capsules.
