Abstract

The combination of amoxicillin (AMX), clarithromycin (CLR), and lansoprazole (LNZ) is widely prescribed as a triple therapy regimen for the eradication of

Helicobacter pylori

infections. Accurate and simultaneous analysis of these drugs in multicomponent pharmaceutical preparations is essential for ensuring therapeutic efficacy and product quality. A fast and robust capillary electrophoresis (CE) protocol was established and fully validated to enable the simultaneous analysis of AMX, CLR, and LNZ in pharmaceutical preparations. The best separation was achieved using 20‐mM borate buffer (pH 8.2), using a capillary temperature of 25°C, an applied voltage of 20 kV, and a 7‐s injection hydrodynamic at 50 mbar, while monitoring the analytes at 214 nm using UV detection. The proposed method demonstrated satisfactory linearity, precision, accuracy, and robustness according to ICH guidelines. The total analysis time was 6 min significantly shorter compared to conventional chromatographic methods, with minimal solvent and sample consumption, making it an environmentally friendly and cost‐effective alternative.
