Text-to-Image Generation: GANs,Diffusion Models and Creator Zone
Abstract
This summary reviews the advancements in text-to-image generation technology since the 2010s. With the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence and deep learning, numerous powerful image generation models have emerged. Among these, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Diffusion Models stand out as the two leading approaches. The focus of this essay is on these two classical generative models, about their structures, training process, advantages, disadvantages, and applications in industry field. At the end of the essay, we introduce Creator Zone app, an image generation tool developed by Lenovo, based on Stable Diffusion. We test the innovative AI painter and demonstrate its performance on multi-scene Chinese prompts.
