Data From: Diffusion MRI Sensitivity to Skeletal Muscle Fiber Size and Heterogeneity in Histology-Informed Models
Abstract
This collection contains histology-informed three-dimensional skeletal muscle fiber models and intermediate files used to investigate diffusion MRI sensitivity to muscle fiber size and heterogeneity. The dataset comprises 1,647 models derived from laminin-stained histology across control, botox, cardiotoxin, denervation, and tenotomy conditions and multiple study time points. Shared materials include raw histology images selected for the study, curated and resized PNG images, initial STL meshes, Blender geometry, DifSim-compatible geometry, final V7 model files, postprocessed PNG images, and model-generation code. File and model manifests, SHA-256 checksums, a validation record, and a README document the package and support reuse.
