A protonpumpa-gátló készítmények korszerű használata
Abstract
A gyomorsavgátlás legszélesebb körben elterjedt formája a protonpumpa gátlása.Világszerte az egyik legtöbbet forgalmazott gyógyszerkészítmény-családról van szó.A folyóirat 2018.évi 3. számában megjelent közleménnyel (Gelley A, et al. 144-149) kapcsolatban érkezett megkeresés a szerkesztőséghez, ennek kapcsán éreztük fontosnak bizonyos gyakorlati alapelvek összegzését.Az utóbbi években előtérbe került a tartósan alkalmazott PPI-készítmények esetleges nemkívánatos mellékhatásainak kérdése, ezért is fontos az indikációk minél átgondoltabb kezelése, a józan, mértéktartó és racionális alkalmazás.KULCSSZAVAK: gyomorsav, protonpumpa-gátló, PPI, indikációk, Helicobacter pylori eradikáció The most widely used pharmaceutical agent for the inhibition of gastric acid secretion is the group of proton pump inhibitors. They belong to the drugs sold in the highest quantity all-over-the-world.In the 3 rd issue of CEU-JGH vol. 4. a publication by Gelley A et al. pages 144-149 was published, that provoked some questions to the editors, therefore it was decided to give a short summary of practical principles regarding the use of PPIs.Since in the recent years the possible undesirable side effects of continuously administered PPIs became an inportant theme of several publications, it is important to make decisions about indications more rationalistic and consize.
