Article AbstractLetter to the EditorSir: I was happy to see the recent supplement to the Journal that reviewed the issue of sexual dysfunction and the use of sildenafil, and I was particularly impressed by Dr. Leiblum's article on the relational dynamics of sexual functioning. I have long felt that the psychodynamic and interpersonal aspects of sexual dysfunction have been neglected in the dialogue among medical and mental health professionals regarding the proper use of the drug sildenafil. I have 2 points to make.
