Yinhuamiyanling tablets combined with Levofloxacin on acute urinary tract infection clinical efficacy
Abstract
Objective: To observe the Yinhuamiyanling tablets and levofloxacin for curative effect observation of patients with acute urinary tract infection. Methods: in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were 70 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all 35 people. To the treatment group with yinhuamiyanling tablets( 4tablets each time,3 times / day),left Ofloxacin Capsules( 1 tablets each time,2 times / day); the control group was treated with the left Ofloxacin Capsules( 1 tablets each time,2 times / day). The clinical effect was observed in two groups after two weeks,and compared the. Results: in the treatment group and the control group,the total efficiency was 89. 4% 、68. 6% respectively. Conclusion: Yinhuamiyanling tablets and left Ofloxacin Capsules in the treatment of acute urinary tract exact,high cure rate in treatment,worthy of clinical application.
