Efficacy of Renal Denervation towards Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring in Hypertensive Patients on Six Month Follow Up: A Systematic Review and Meta Analysis
Abstract
cluded that patients receiving empagliflozin have significant reduction of blood pressure compared to controls. These findings were later corroborated by Tanaka et al (2024) in their post hoc analysis of EMBLEM trial also shows significant improvement in blood pressure. Conclusion : Current analysis has shown that empagliflozin does have significant benefit for hypertensive patients, and further research and trials are warranted to validate the results.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a systematic review, done in people. Its evidence level is 1 of 5 (Highest · pooled evidence). Pooled evidence from several studies sits at the top of the evidence pyramid.
