A Phase 2a, Randomized, Double Blind, Placebo-controlled, Parallel Group Study Investigating The Dose-response Of Pf-00489791 On Acute Hemodynamics In Subjects With Idiopathic And Familial Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
Abstract
Study will assess PF-00489791 efficacy and safety in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
Conditions: Hypertension, Pulmonary.
Primary outcome: Mean Change From Baseline in Pulmonary Vascular Resistance Index (PVRI) Over 4 Hours Post Dose.
Enrollment: 48 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 48 participants or records.
