Clinical Study to Investigate the Efficacy, Safety, and Immunogenicity of Human-cl rhFVIII in Previously Treated Patients With Severe Hemophilia A
Abstract
This study will determine the efficacy of human-cl rhFVIII in previously treated patients with severe hemophilia A during prophylactic treatment, treatment of bleeding episodes and in surgical prophylaxis.
Conditions: Severe Hemophilia A.
Primary outcome: Efficacy Assessment After a Total of at Least 50 EDs Per Subject at the End of the Study at 6 Months; Efficacy of Treating Bleeding Episodes.
Enrollment: 32 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 32 participants or records.
