Effect of Daily Tadalafil 5 mg on Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms and Erectile Function in Men Over 50 Years: A Prospective Single-Arm Observational Study
Abstract
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile dysfunction (ED) frequently coexist in aging men and significantly impair quality of life. Tadalafil has emerged as a potential treatment targeting both conditions. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of daily tadalafil 5 mg in improving lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and erectile function in men aged ≥50 years.
