A Randomized, Open-label Study to Evaluate the Safety/Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics of Drug-drug Interactions Between DWP14012 and Aspirin in Healthy Subjects
Abstract
This is a randomized, open-label study to evaluate the safety/tolerability and PK/PD drug-drug interactions between DWP14012 and aspirin when administered in combination.
Conditions: Drug Drug Interaction.
Primary outcome: Cmax of aspirin; Cmax,ss of DWP14012; Emax; AUClast of aspirin; AUCτ,ss of DWP14012; time to Emax; AUEC.
Enrollment: 24 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 24 participants or records.
