Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Moxifloxacin on community acquired pneumonia (CAP).Methods Forty-two cases with CAP were analyzed retrospectively from January to December in 2006.Results The efficacy rate of Moxifloxacin was 90.2%,the bacterial eradication rate was 89.3% and the ADR rate was 4.8% in CAP treatment. Conclusion Moxifloxacin has satisfactory effect and less ADR in CAP treatment, and it is a safe and efficacy antibioterials.
