Clinical value of moxifloxacin treatment on 108 Adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of moxifloxacin on adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients. Methods 108 adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients were randomly divided into trial group(n=54) and control group(n=54).The trial group members were treated with moxifloxacin,In the control group, the patients were treated with azithromycin. Results After treatment, the cure rate in the trial group was 92.6%,while in the control group it was 88.9%(P0.05).The time of reducing fever and returning to normal temperature was shorter in the trial group than in the control group. The reaction to the treatment was significant lower in the trial group than in the control group. Conclusion Moxifloxacin is effective and safe in the treatment of adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients. It has good prospects in clinical application.
