Clinical observation and assessment analysis of linezolid combined with moxifloxacin treatment for pneumonia
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of linezolid combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods 70 cases of patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, control group(n = 35) was treated with linezolid, intravenous, 600 mg,bid, while the observation group(n = 35) was further treated by moxifloxacin, 0. 4 g,qd, all the patients were treated for 1 ~ 2 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs were observed, and efficacy was evaluated. During the treatment, the blood, urine, liver and kidney function were closely monitored, and the adverse events were observed. Results The time of temperature returned to normal and the lung inflammation significant absorption of observation group were(2. 5 ± 1. 2) d and(9. 3 ± 2. 1) d, in control group, they were(3. 9 ± 1. 0) d and(11. 2 ± 2. 3) d, there were significant differences between the two groups(P 0. 05). The sputum color change time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, but the difference was not significant(P 0. 05). The total effective rate of observation group(91. 43%) was higher than that of control group(71. 43%), there was significant difference between the two groups(P 0. 05). There was no significant liver and kidney function toxicity in the two groups, there were 4 cases(11. 43%) and 2 cases(5. 71%) of adverse reactions in observation group and control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P 0. 05). Conclusion…
