COX-2 Enzyme Inhibitors Study and Efficacy Pharmacokinetic by Molecular Docking for some New Heterocyclic Rings Driver from Levofloxacin Drug
Abstract
Abstract Assay methods using cyclooxygenase fluorescence inhibitors and the standard drug levofloxacin were used to determine the anti-inflammatory profile of Triazole, Triazine derived from Levofloxacin compounds (IVa–IVe) that had been designed, synthesized, and subjected to in silico ADMET prediction, molecular docking, characterization by FT-IR, and 1H NMR analysis techniques. In addition to predicting absorption sites, bioavailability, TPSA, and drug similarity, the ADME experiments also predicted which chemicals would be appropriate for oral delivery. All of the compounds produced, according to ADME data, can be absorbed through the GIT and have met Lipinski’s rule of five. By using molecular docking and BOILED-Egg.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a experimental / empirical study, done in computer models (in silico), not in people. Its evidence level is 5 of 5 (Very low · case / narrative / animal / in vitro / in silico). Case reports, narrative reviews, and animal, cell or computer-model studies give the weakest evidence for human health.
