Liposomal formulation of Fagonia arabica L. enhances antithrombotic efficacy: phytochemical, pharmacological, and computational investigations
Abstract
The study confirmed the antithrombotic efficacy of Fagonia arabica through saponin identification and LC-MS/MS profiling. Biological assays and in silico studies supported its activity, and liposomal encapsulation improved efficacy at lower doses.
