Metformin and Empagliflozin Attenuate Visceral Adiposity After Kidney Transplantation: Supporting Data
Abstract
This repository contains the de-identified participant-level dataset supporting the findings of the manuscript entitled "Metformin and Empagliflozin Attenuate Visceral Adiposity After Kidney Transplantation: A 12-Month Open-Label Randomized Trial." The repository includes clinical data, MRI-derived adiposity measurements, study protocol, and supporting documentation. All personal identifiers have been removed to protect participant privacy.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design.
