Open Dataset of Physicochemical, ADME, and Clinical PK Parameters for PBPK Modelling of SGLT-2 Inhibitors (Canagliflozin, Dapagliflozin, Empagliflozin)
Abstract
This dataset contains curated data supporting the development of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models for three SGLT-2 inhibitors: canagliflozin, dapagliflozin, and empagliflozin. The dataset includes physicochemical properties, ADME parameters (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination), clinical pharmacokinetic data used for model development and validation (single- and multiple-dose studies), and Simcyp Simulator (v23) model workspaces. Data were compiled through a literature review (PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar) and are provided in a structured format to facilitate reproducibility, reuse, and further model development, in accordance with the FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
