Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Gemfibrozil on the Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of a Single Dose of AZD1656
Conditions: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Primary outcome: PK of AZD1656 when administered with placebo or following repeated dosing of gemfibrozil by assessment of AUC and Cmax..
Enrollment: 19 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 19 participants or records.
