Abstract
The aim of our study was to test the effects on endothelium of a combination of curcumin, resveratrol, plus zinc, magnesium, selenium and Vitamin D in a cohort of pediatric subjects with obesity.
Conditions: Childhood Obesity.
Primary outcome: To test the effects on endothelium of a combination of curcumin, resveratrol, plus zinc, magnesium, selenium and Vitamin D in a cohort of pediatric subjects with obesity..
Enrollment: 48 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 48 participants or records.
