Abstract
Objective Azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of Legionella pneumonia clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods 72 cases of community-acquired Legionella pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,36 cases in the observation group with Azithromycin 0.25g+250ml normal saline intravenously once a day,the control group, erythromycin 1.0g+500ml 5% glucose solution intravenously once a day,two groups were combined with levofloxacin 0.5g,once a day intravenously.Total After 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 91.7% and 88.9%,the difference was not statistically significant (p 0.05);Digestive tract were 11.1% and 52.8%,the difference was statistically significant (p 0.01).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of Legionella pneumonia is effective and less side effects.
