Efficacy analysis of Tanreqing combined with Levofloxacin on treatment of community-acquired pneumonia
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic of tanreqing combined with Levofloxacin for community-acquired pneumonia patients. Methods 108 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups with 58 in the test group and 50 in the control group, the treatment group received tanreqing combined with Levofloxacin, and the control group was given Levofloxacin only. The changes on body temperature, the symptom of respiratory passage,crackles,haemogram,X-ray representation and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The overall response rate of test group was 98.28% and control group was 86.00%,the difference had remarkable significance(P0.05).No adverse reation occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Tanreqing combined with Levofloxacin has curative effect on treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.
