Efficacy and Safety of Lianhua Qingke Tablets in Children With Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pneumonia: A Randomized, Double‐Blind, Multicenter, Placebo‐Controlled Clinical Trial
Abstract
Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is a major cause of community‐acquired pneumonia in children, with increasing macrolide resistance complicating treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides unique benefits for pediatric respiratory infections.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design.
