A Phase ll Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Metformin in Combination With Standard Induction Therapy (RM-CHOP) for Previously Untreated Aggressive Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
Abstract
Evaluation of impact of metformin on 2 year progression-free survival (PFS) rate in subjects with previously untreated DLBCL when added to standard induction therapy. (R-CHOP)
Conditions: Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
Primary outcome: Progression Free Survival.
Enrollment: 5 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 5 participants or records.
