Application of Translational Medicine in Syndrome Attributes of Migraine Animal Model
Abstract
Objective:Translational medicine is a bridge between basic research and clinical medicine. This paper is to research the application of translational medicine in syndrome attributes of migraine animal model. Methods:Based on previous research results and combined with the translational medicine, the syndrome attributes of 5-HT migraine mouse model induced by the reserpinein were judged by diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome and deficiency syndrome, and to further verify by syndrome tested by drug.Results:5-HT migraine mouse model induced by the reserpine has the attributes of yang deficiency syndrome, spleen deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion:Translational medicine has some effects on syndromes determination of migraine animal model.
