HPLC determination of levofloxacin in Levofloxacin ophthalmic gel
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard of Levofloxacin ophthalmic gel.METHODS A XTerra RP18 radial compression column was used, with a mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(87∶13).RESULTS The linear range of levofloxacin was 10.12~50.60μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)and the average recovery was 99.36%,RSD=0.99%.CONCLUSION This method was simple and feasible for the quality control of levofloxacin ophthalmic gel.
