A brief review of adverse drug reactions of levofloxacin
Abstract
Levofloxacin is an antibacterial agent which is widely used in clinical medicine. Its common adverse drug reactions(ADR) involve 8 systems, such as digestive system, central nervous system, cardiovascular system, hematological system, endocrine system, etc.and include symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, allergic skin reactions, etc.Recent reports on ADR of levofloxacin are summarized in this paper.Doctors should pay attention to its ADR and promote its rational use.
