On the pharmocodynamic of major components of compound Levofloxacin lactate vaginal suppository
Abstract
Objective: To observe the anti-reaction of compound levofloxacin lactate vaginal suppository to the vaginal inflammation in the models and its effects with different dosage. Methods: Various models of female rabbits were selected, and given the medicine 7d into the vagina;the secretion was taken out from their vaginas for smearing examination after 2d-7d,and the animals were killed 24 hours after the last dosage, the vaginal tissues of which were taken out for pharmacological examination. Results: Compound levofloxacin lactate vaginal suppository had the evident effect onvaginitis caused by Monilia albicans, tricbomnas miracidium, compared with the control group P0.001,compared with the control group. Conclusion: Compound levofloxacin, lactate vaginal suppository can effectively eliminate the vaginal diseases such as vaginal congesting, swelling, erosion and the increase of vaginal secretion, and the time of vaginal bacteria to negative can be shortened.
