Comprehensive Dietary Management System “Nutritrack”
Abstract
In the modern, fast-moving world, achieving balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle has become more difficult, contributing significantly to the growing prevalence of lifestyle-related illnesses like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular complications. NutriTrack, a comprehensive dietary management system, addresses these issues by offering personalized meal recommendations, calorie tracking, and nutritional analysis. The system integrates advanced features such as Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) calculations, real-time order tracking, and expert consultations to empower users to take control of their nutritional health. The project was conducted through a systematic approach, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment. A literature review identified gaps in existing dietary management systems, and a user-centric design ensured high engagement and personalization. Modern technologies were employed to develop a scalable, accessible, and secure system. NutriTrack effectively addresses challenges such as a lack of personalization, low user engagement, and chronic disease management. User feedback highlights improvements in health outcomes, including weight loss and better management of chronic conditions. The system's feasibility analysis reveals significant cost savings, increased customer retention, and a strong return on investment.
