Preparation of compound levofloxacin eardrops
Abstract
Objective: To establish the method of the preparation and quality control of compound levofloxacin eardrops. Methods: Levofloxacm was used as basic remedy and mixed with dexamethasone in the eardrops. UV-spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of levofloxacin. Results and conclusion: The result showed that the method is simple. The determination of levofloxacin is accurate. The mean recovery rate was 99.9% and RSD was 0.51%.
