Abstract
Since Max Plank's Energy Quantum Hypothesis having a heavily conflict with the Theoretical basis of classical physics,it suffered doubts and exclusion from some scientists including Plank at first.The article discusses the background of Energy Quantum Hypothesis combining with the scientific thinking of Planck's;The article also makes an analysis about the reason of the impact of experience on the Planck Energy Quantum Hypothesis from the point of Epistemology,and takes it as an example,ends experience's performance in scientific theory's different development.
