Quantum Energy Spectrum and Energy Fluctuations of Mesoscopic Electron Resonator
Abstract
For mesoscopic electron resonator model, supposing the system has symmetry under translation in charge space, the quantum energy spectrum relationship is given by solving the eigenvalue equation of Hamilton operator in new Fock space that is constructed by eigenstate of charge. The quantum fluctuations of the energy are calculated under Fock state of charge operator, and the property of quantum energy spectrum of mesoscopic electron resonator is analyzed and investigated. The results show that, similar to the quantum character of charge, energy spectrum makes a show of discreteness evidently, and its quantity is determined by the parameters of the self-inductance and capacities of system, the geometry shape factor and the gate voltage;but the quantum fluctuation of the energy is only related with the charge quantum,Planck constant and the self-inductance of system.
