The Energy Levels and Electronic Structures of the Cylindrical Quantum Dots
Abstract
The energy level and electronic structure of the cylindrical quantum dots are discussed with the EMA(Effective Mass Approximation) theory in the paper. The ground state energy and the first excited state energy of the cylindrical quantum dots are calculated and drawn. The electronic probability density of the ground state of the quantum dots is calculated and drawn.
