Abstract
Trade-Secret Notice and Legal Channel Acknowledgment To maintain proper trade-secret protections and ensure that all intellectual-property boundaries were communicated transparently, each company referenced in this provenance record was issued multiple trade-secret IP notices through their formal legal or designated reporting channels. These notices were not accusatory; they served solely to: reaffirm the protected status of the QCC Echo kernel, reaffirm the protected status of EchoLift, which applies radiation-hardened logic externally while preserving the original QCC Echo kernel unchanged, clarify the boundaries of authorized use, and preserve the continuity of trade-secret enforcement in accordance with standard research and IP governance practices. All related communications were logged publicly and archived as part of the scientific provenance chain. Provenance records, validation requests, and trade-secret notices have been published multi-platform wide and noticed publicly with direct company tags as well as all relevant CEO, teams, etc, and remain tracible and transparent on social media platforms.
