Abstract

The standard Schrödinger equation iħ ∂ψ/∂t = Ĥψ is derived from the Planck-Einstein energy relation E = hf. In the World Quantum Theory (WQT) framework, the correct energy formula is E_q = xħ f_w (c/v)² = (c/d)m_0c² = γm_0c², where m_0 is the rest mass and γ = c/d. This paper derives the generalized Schrödinger equation from the electron's Envelope Interface wave function ψ_e(θ) = r_j0 e^(b_jθ) e^(iθ), using the WQT energy formula throughout. The result is: iħΦ_w ∂ψ/∂t = Ĥ_EI ψ where Φ_w = (c/v)² is the World Factor, and Ĥ_EI = -(1 - i b_j) γ m_0 c² is the generalized complex Hamiltonian. The standard Schrödinger equation is recovered in the double degenerate limit b_j = 0 (no Form Energy) and Φ_w = 1 (photon limit v = c). This reveals that the standard Schrödinger equation has two structural deficiencies: it misses Form Energy (through b_j) and misses the World Factor (through Φ_w). Keywords: generalized Schrödinger equation, World Quantum Theory, Envelope Interface, World Factor, Run Energy, Form Energy, complex Hamiltonian, rest mass, relativistic mass
