Abstract

This paper proposes that the run energy and current of an electron are not related as cause and effect, but are different expressions of the same quantum state. Within the macro-rotation framework of World Quantum Theory (WQT), current is not an externally imposed quantity, but a reading decomposed from the run energy of a quantum state and redefined. This paper establishes the physical definition of current. A particle in a specific environment has current: I = 2e · f_w where e is the particle's dielectric quantity, and f_w is the particle's macro-rotation frequency. The magnitude of the current is related to the particle's dielectric quantity e and macro-rotation frequency f_w — this gives current its physical meaning: current is twice the product of "who the particle is" (e) and "how fast it rotates" (f_w). Under this definition, the run energy T_e decomposes through current and magnetic flux as: T_e = I × Φ_x From this, the magnetic flux can be derived: Φ_x = T_e / I = (x · ℏ · f_w) / (2e · f_w) = x · ℏ / (2e) When x = 2π, Φ_x = h/(2e) ≈ 2.068×10⁻¹⁵ Wb, consistent with the magnetic flux quantum value used by humanity. This paper does not fix the specific numerical value of T_e. The actual value of the run energy is unknown to us, but in physical observation it is found that different macro-rotation frequencies f_w correspond to different I readings.
