Analgesic Drugs: a medicinal chemistry with Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
Abstract Background The medicine field is advancing in important directions and the developed pain therapy have the potential of impacting both the science and the clinical practice regarding scale or types of pain. (A pain scale is a tool that doctors use to help assess a person's pain). Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are medicines very widely used to alleviate common symptoms of COVID-19 patients. The aim of this review explores the current applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of pain medicine with a focus on machine learning (targets). Methods .The knowledge about the pattern of prescription and consumption of solid oral drugs dispensed as unitary doses (UD) in Mexico is sparing. Our retrospective study during a period of 60-month was performed to estimate prevalence of therapeutic groups, and the findings confirm the increased prescription and consumption of unitary doses and the extensive use of analgesics in the hospitalization service. Results In patients, 60,000 doses of parenteral paracetamol are consumed per year in a third level hospital. Methods. the use of AI as a tool for drug interactions, predicting targets, predicting treatment response as pathways, and then performance of therapy and pain management involving prodrugs to decrease side effects. This review show promise for the improvement of patient outcomes, and reduce waiting times and costs with preclinic group education sessions. Conclusion Current studies in the…
