A Single-center, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Crossover Study to Assess the Effect of Multiple Subcutaneous Injections of SHR20004 in Healthy Subjects on Gastric Emptying
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of SHR20004 on the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of acetaminophen in healthy subjects.
Conditions: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Primary outcome: Pharmacokinetics parameters of acetaminophen after a single dose of 1.0 g was measured after administration of the standardized meal.:(AUC0-300min).
Enrollment: 28 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 28 participants or records.
