Recognition of Seismic Sequence Stratigratphy in Suibin Depression
Abstract
Method for seismic sequence stratigraphic analysis was used for seismic sequence stratigraphic recognition in Suibin Depression. The major basis for recognition was the termination mode (including toplap, onlap, truncation and downlap) of seismic reflection. It included internal overall reflection characteristics, seismic stratigraphic classification was to determine the limit of stratigraphy. The result shows that 8 Grade III stratigraphies developed in it are laterally distributed in the major seismic profile of Suibin Depression.
