Effects of Diane35 and Metformin in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Abstract
[Objective]To study the effect of Diane35 in combination with metformin for two months in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. [Methods]The changes of parameters (BMI, WHR, LH/FSH, T, SHBG, HOMA-IR ,AUCG/AUCI, TG, LDL) after two-month treatment by Diane35 with metformin on 54 patients were analyzed. [Results]BMI, WHR, LH/FSH, T, HOMA-IR, TG and LDL were significant decreased (P0.05), furthermore SHBG, AUCG/AUCI were significant increased(P0.05). [Conclusion]The patients with PCOS treated with Diane35 in combination with metformin can effectively improve their clinical syndromes, insulin sensitivity, glucose and lipid metabolism.
