A Phase I, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Double-dummy, Placebo- and Positive-Controlled Study to Investigate the Effects of CBP-307 on the QTc Interval in Healthy Subjects
Abstract
This study will investigate the effects of therapeutic and supratherapeutic oral doses of CBP-307 on the QTc interval in healthy subjects.
Conditions: Autoimmune Diseases.
Primary outcome: Change-from-baseline QT Interval Corrected for Heart Rate Using Fridericia's Method (QTcF).
Enrollment: 112 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 112 participants or records.
