The Effect of ALKS 5461 on QT Intervals in Healthy Volunteers
Abstract
This study will evaluate the effects of ALKS 5461 on QT intervals in healthy volunteers as well as evaluate the safety and tolerability of ALKS 5461.
Conditions: Healthy.
Primary outcome: Change in QT interval corrected for heart rate using the Fridericia formula (QTcF).
Enrollment: 129 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 129 participants or records.
