A Phase 1, Randomized, Single-Dose, Positive- and Placebo-Controlled, 3-Way Crossover Study to Evaluate the Effects of Varegacestat on Cardiac Repolarization in Healthy Participants
Abstract
This clinical study is designed to study the effect of a single dose of varegacestat on cardiac repolarization in healthy adult participants.
Conditions: Healthy Volunteer.
Primary outcome: Placebo-corrected change from baseline QTc and varegacestat and its metabolite, AL102 MTB, plasma concentrations.
Enrollment: 32 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 32 participants or records.
